Private Plane: Why Private Is Better

by Robert 24. December 2015

When your large group is flying to any destination, you should always consider using a private charter plane. It doesn't just make sense when flying with a large group of people, but depending on the type of group, you can also use the flight for a variety of multitasking opportunities.

If you are flying with a business group, using a private plane can allow you to do conduct meetings, presentations, and discussions on one of our private jets. With the choice of two different airplanes, we can accommodate between 68 and 168 seats. You can pick if you want the seats to be first class or not, but you have enough room to fit plenty of people as needed.

Perhaps you are flying with a sports organization, or a different type of club or group. Again, the flexibility is there for you to use your time on the flight as needed. A private plane also allows you to personalize how you pick up passengers, such as customizing what airport you get picked up from and what airport you get taken to. Additionally, a private plane even allows you to make stops to pick up passengers on an as-needed basis.

Using a private plane will allow you to be in command of organizing the flight from start to finish. You can decide where to pick up, what will occur during the flight, and even customize the food. These are options that are never possible using a commercial airline. So, if you need to book a private plane for your next group flight, please contact Miami Air International.

Why Your Group Should Take A Private Jet To Coachella

by Robert 24. November 2015

It’s never too early to start planning a big trip. Coachella is one of the most well-known music festivals in the world. And while the 2016 lineup hasn’t been officially announced, you can bet on an impressive lineup of EDM and hip hop artists. With that being said, what better way to get there then by private jet?

Flying with Miami Air International is more than just a chartered service: it’s an experience. And there’s no doubt about it: flying private will completely enhance your travel to Coachella.

Here are the facts:

Coachella is all about indulgence. Seasoned jet-setters and music-lovers alike come here to have a great time and not focus so much on a strict budget. This is, after all, an experience that many save up for well in advance.

“With much new wealth flowing to younger tech and start-up executives in California, there's a growing overlap between the private-plane set and eager Coachella fans,” said August Brown, a reporter at the Los Angeles Times.

Large groups make it affordable. Charter services have changed the travel landscape. Now,  flying via private jet is as affordable as ever with larger groups. For example, the Boeing 737 can carry anywhere between 68 to 168 people. Get your group together and work out the prices; being able to fly 30,000 feet in the air on your way to California for the musical adventure of a lifetime will be worth it.

Timing is everything. Skip the lines, and have reassurance that your flight will leave on time. You wouldn’t want to miss one of your favorite performers due to a late or rescheduled flight. And what’s better—you pick the time the flight leaves.

Everything is catered to you. That’s right. If you like a certain kind of food, or have pets you’d like to bring along, these things can be arranged. If your group is ready to get pumped up for the festival, Miami International Air can provide you with engaging entertainment.

Non-Scheduled Air best way for your club to fly

by Robert 6. November 2015

Non-Scheduled Air is the best way for your group to fly.

It doesn't matter if you belong to a music group, a political group, some pro or collegiate sports team, or a business or professional group. Miami Air International is the best way for your group to fly.

Fifty members of a parrot head (Jimmy Buffett) fan club, based in North Central Texas chipped in and bought $500 worth of lottery tickets and won the big, 200 million jackpot. We decided to take some of our winnings and make a pilgrimage to L orient on the Island of St Barth, on New Year's Eve. It will be the 25th anniversary, of the 1990 fire, that destroyed Autour Du Rocher, Jimmy Buffett's Hotel & Disco. On New Year's Eve in 1991, Jimmy held one last party on the Rock.

One of the members suggested that they use Miami Air International. He used to live in Miami. He was his brother's best man. The wedding was held in Jamaica and they used Miami Air International. It was the best airline I've ever flown on. They were on time, great food, and everyone was friendly.

The club's president, Bill called Miami Air International and set up the Charter. It is a four and a half hour flight from Dallas/ Fort Worth Airport to St Marten's Princess Juliana International Airport. We take an air taxi to St Barth because the 737 is too big to land at Gustaf III Airport. Bill talked with one of your professional Charter Consultants for almost thirty minutes. Bill explained to him what we wanted like and why we were going. Your Consultant set everything up for us. My group would be picked up at D/FW airport on Wednesday the 30th at 9 AM. We would arrive at St Marten at approximately 2:30 island time.

We would be served lunch during the flight. Bill chose the exclusive meal option. We wanted tea, land shark beer, and of course margaritas. For lunch we wanted a choice between Cheeseburgers, fries and banana pudding, or Meatloaf With Tomato Sauce and Mashed Potatoes, Mixed Green Salad, Cheese & Crackers, Chocolate Cake, or Surf & Turf With Parisian Potatoes, Mixed Green Salad, Cheese & Crackers, Chocolate Cake.

Our plan is to stay on St Barth for six days, and celebrate New Year's Eve, dancing in the ocean and in the ruins of Autour Du Rocher. Who knows, we might see the ghost of Autour or Jimmy might even show up. The rest of the time we plan to visit Anguilla and finish back on St Marten.

Miami Air will pick us up on the seventh and return us back to Texas. This will be one of our club's biggest trips and I believe that Miami Air will make this trip a lot easier and eliminate a lot of worry and stress.
