Special Occasions When You Should Treat Yourself to a Private Charter

by Admin 27. April 2015

There are times in life when you deserve to celebrate and do something exciting for yourself. If these plans involve traveling, you should consider a private charter. Chartering your own flight allows you to determine your own schedule and avoid the long lines at the airport. You will be able to fly in comfort and remain stress free for your trip. Here are some special occasions when a private flight might be just the thing.

Anniversary: Whether it is your first anniversary or your fiftieth, you want to celebrate all of the wonderful time with your spouse. When you begin planning your exciting trip to the place you have always dreamed of going, a private flight will make your anniversary even more special.

21st Birthday: You are turning 21 and the world awaits you. If you have big plans with your friends, why not charter a plane to your destination from Las Vegas to New Orleans. A charter flight allows you and your friends to leave when you are ready and return when the party is over. You will only have this momentous birthday once in your life, and it deserves to be celebrated in style.

Wedding: Many young brides return to their hometown to get married or plan a destination wedding. With so much to do and so many things on your mind, this is the perfect time to treat yourself to a charter flight. You will not need to worry about checking your wedding gown as baggage and the condition it might be in when you arrive. You can carry your dress on with you and store it in a safe location. Getting married is your time to shine, and you do not want to arrive stressed from crowded airports and airplanes.

Miami Air International is ready to help you get on your way to your next big event. Please contact us to learn more about the benefits of a charter flight.

Private Incentive Jets to Casper, Wyoming Help Groups Dig into Adventure

by Robert 12. February 2015

Your group performed extremely well. So, it’s time to reward them with a travel experience that they can really dig into and enjoy. Why not make it a weekend trip to Casper, Wyoming? Casper is home to the Tate Geological Museum, which offers dinosaur digs to the masses. Plus, there are Casper and Coal Mountains’ hiking trails to explore. The group can even make plans to visit museums, attend rodeo events, go boating, ride horses and so much more. We’ve got luxurious incentive jets that can meet them at the airports of your choosing, then spirit them away to Casper-Natrona County International.

Casper-Natrona County International Airport has banquet rooms and food services on site. So, a grand welcome reception may be in order when the group arrives. It’s your choice and if you agree, we can help you plan one. Afterward, send your team to one of the area’s major hotels or ranches where they can rest up for a visit to the Tate Geological Museum in the morning. Most of the hotels accept group reservations and have restaurants on site where everyone will be able to grab a bite for dinner.

The museum is open every day but Sunday and it typically closes around dinner time. Consequently, you’ll want to have the group head out early. At the museum, they’ll be able to view a variety of exhibits, including a prep lab. That’s where the college’s research team works on studying and preparing authentic skeletons for exhibit. Highlights of the exhibition area include a compete Columbian Mammoth skeleton and bones from a Tyrannosaurus Rex tooth, Mosasaur, Allosaurus, Hadrosaur and Titanothere.

Once the group finishes touring the museum, let them have time on their own to explore the rest of what Casper, Wyoming has to offer. Then we’ll meet them back at the Casper-Natrona County International Airport and fly them home in comfort. To learn more about reserving an incentive jet to Wyoming’s most adventurous destinations, please contact us at Miami Air International today and ask about our customized travel experiences.

Aviation Charters to the 2015 Tech Superwomen Summit in SF are Available

by Robert 1. December 2014

In January 2015, tech savvy superwomen from across the nation will be descending on San Francisco, California for what promises to be an amazing, inaugural event. Many of the top women in tech are expected to participate and if you and your corporate sisters would like to be a part of it too, now’s the time to act. We’ve got aviation charters that can safely get all of your business’ fearless women to the summit and back again aggravation free.

Fly into San Francisco International Airport aboard one of our Boeing 737 aircraft and we can have a welcome reception ready for your tech team by the time your high heels hit the tarmac. The airport also has complimentary Wi-Fi, work stations and power outlets available where your group may check-in with the home office or charge up their business essentials. From there, you’ll be able to find group ground transportation to the Mission Bay Conference Center, which is where the summit is taking place.

The 43-acre complex features a 123-seat pub where everyone may grab something to eat, log onto the internet or watch television in between summit meetings. The center is not equipped to accommodate overnight visitors but there are lodging establishments nearby that are fitting for superwomen on a mission. Two to consider are the Hilton San Francisco Financial District and the Hotel Griffon.

Both typically offer luxury ground transportation to guests that are in town for corporate events. Plus, the first hotel that we mentioned has an executive lounge, same day laundry services, round-the-clock business center and fitness area onsite. Don’t wait too long to make group reservations though. With all of the exciting guests on tap to speak at the summit, we suspect that the entire area will be packed with visitors.

For more information on aviation charters that will take you and your coworkers to the tech industry’s best events, please contact us today. We can even arrange private, branded flights for your tech company’s most valued clients.
