Fly Your Group to Puerto Rico for the Winter

by Admin 19. December 2014

Located in the Caribbean, just a little over 1,000-miles off of the coast of Florida, is the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. Although just a mere 35-miles wide and 100-miles long, it’s the perfect place for groups to while away at least a portion of the winter. The island’s tropical marine climate helps to keep the U.S. territory’s weather a lovely 70 to 80 degrees Fahrenheit this time of year. Plus, the U.S. Dollar and native English speakers are always warmly welcome. So climb aboard one of our airline's private planes and make the sunny shores of Puerto Rico your group’s ultimate destination.

Our airline can put your group aboard a posh, private Boeing 737-800 or 737-400 and fly everyone into one of Puerto Rico’s many different airports. Luis Munoz Marin International Airport is one of the venues to think about flying into. It’s located in the capital city of San Juan. The list of other major venues to consider utilizing in Puerto Rico includes, but isn’t restricted to Antonio Rivera Rodriquez Airport, Mercedita International Airport and Rafael Hernandez International Airport.

Several public buses, car rental companies and taxi cab services operate out of Puerto Rico’s major airports. So finding someone willing to transport your group from our charter airline’s luxurious, private planes to Old San Juan, the resorts, beaches or outlying communities shouldn’t be a complicated, lengthy affair. When your group gets there, consider visiting Bahia Urbana. It sits along Old San Juan’s bay and offers visitors some fabulous views of the sea. Then take a walk along Paseo La Princesa, sign up for a group cooking class or a rum tasting tour. Yum!

To discover all that our airline can do for groups headed to Puerto Rico for the winter, please contact us at Miami Air International. We’d be happy to discuss our personalized services and private charter availability.

Charter a Private Aircraft to Haiti and Enjoy Natural Wonders

by Karen 20. September 2013

Situated in the Caribbean is the intriguing Republic of Haiti. It is a magnificent destination to visit any time of the year. Perhaps best of all, if you charter a private aircraft from us, you’ll be there in no time. Here’s a look at some of what the magical place has to offer nature lovers:

Pic Macaya National Park

The Pic Macaya National Park is one amazing place to visit in Haiti. It is considered by many to be the last pristine cloud forest in the world. In addition, it is home to rare wildlife and vegetation. Among them are a half dozen species of unusual frogs.

Grotte Marie-Jeanne

Another stunning, natural place to visit in Haiti is the Grotte Marie-Jeanne. It is a multi-level, large cave system that is located in Port-a-Piment. It is believed to have been used by humans on and off for centuries. Today, visitors can take guided tours of the cave system.

Bassins Bleu

If you are still feeling adventurous, a trip to Jacmel City may be in order. Once there, schedule a guided horseback riding or hiking excursion to Bassins Bleu. It is the location of three stunning waterfalls. They are known as Bassin Palmiste, Bassin Yes and Bassin Clair. We’d suggest taking a picnic lunch with you and enjoying the meal al fresco.

Ti Anchorage

Do you prefer your water views accompanied by pristine sand and scrumptious, incredibly fresh seafood? Well then, set your sights on Ti Anchorage. It is one of the more popular beaches located near Jacmel City. It is also a great place to go fishing for monstrous size tuna. When you are finished, be sure to visit one of the area’s restaurants for lunch or dinner.

Citadelle Henri Christophe

Instead of going fishing, would you rather mix history with stunning scenery? If so, try heading towards Cap-Haitien or Milot. Both are near an ancient, mountaintop fortress known as the Citadelle Henri Christophe. It is accessible by foot or horseback. The massive stone fortress still features the remnants of weaponry once used to protect the charming island. It offers stellar views of the surrounding mountains as well.

To charter a private aircraft to these or other fabulous locations, contact us. We’d love to help your group reach its next exotic destination.
